Trong cuộc sống, vì nhiều lý do khác nhau, không phải lúc nào cá nhân, nhóm cá nhân hoặc pháp nhân, người đại diện của cơ quan, tổ chức cũng có thể tự mình xác lập, tham gia các giao dịch, công việc hoặc các hoạt động khác được. Chính vì vậy, việc ủy quyền cho cá nhân, pháp nhân thay mặt đại diện thực hiện một hoặc một số giao dịch dân sự là rất cần thiết và phổ biến trong giai đoạn hiện nay. Hình thức ủy quyền bằng văn bản được ưu tiên sử dụng nhưng giấy ủy quyền được viết như thế nào và được trình bày ra sao mới đúng quy

– Giấy ủy quyền này không hủy ngang và có hiệu lực từ ngày ký đến ngày đăng ký lại./This Authorization is irrevocable and effective as from the signing date to the date of re-registration.

Article 1: The term of authorization

From the official assigned date till when this authorization document shall be replaced with another one.

Article 2: Obligations of parties

The Principal and the Attorney shall be responsible for the following commitments:

1. The Principal shall be liable for undertakings given by the attorney within the scope of the authorization.

2. The Attorney shall report fully on the performance of the authorized act to the Principal.

3. This agreement of authorization shall be made on the basis of voluntarily entering of parties.

4. The Pricipal and The Attorney guarantee to fulfill all of the regulations hereof.

Article 3: Other terms

1. Parties confirm to understand clearly about the rights, the obligations and benefits of each other, and the legal consequences of such written authorization.

2. Parties have been read, understood clearly and accepted all the terms hereof, and finally signed in such document.

3. Such authorization document will be in full force from the official assigned date.

– Bên A ủy quyền cho Bên B thực hiệnviệc giao, nhận các giấy tờ thanh toán giao dịch liên quan đến các tài khoản tiền gửi của bênA mở tại các Chi nhánh của Ngân hàng TMCP Đầu tư và Phát triển Việt Nam.

Party A authorizes Party B to deliver and receive all payment documents related to Party A’s accounts opened at all branches of the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam JSC (BIDV).

– Bên B được ủy quyền lại cho các nhân viên của bên B để thực hiện nội dung ủy quyền nêu trên.

Party B’s staffs are allowed to conduct above authorization contents.

– Bên B có trách nhiệm thông báo danh sách các nhân viên thực hiện nội dung trên cho Chi nhánh Ngân hàng TMCP Đầu tư và Phát triển Trần Hưng Đạo

Party B has to inform BIDV – Tran Hung Dao branch of specific staffs to conduct above authorization contents.

III. Thời hạn ủy quyền: Do hai bên quy định

Hiệu lực của giấy ủy quyền Giấy ủy quyền này không hủy ngang và có hiệu lực từ ngày ký đến ngày đăng ký lại./This Authorization is irrevocable and effective as from the signing date to the date of re-registration.
